Eileen Snider, B.B.A., IBCLC, CLC (she/her)
Eileen is a compassionate, skilled Lactation Consultant and owner of Little Bean Lactation. Her entry into the Maternal & Child health field began as a Postpartum Doula in 2010 after starting her own family. Becoming a parent was a turning point which ignited a true passion and career change after 14 years in Business. As a postpartum doula, many of the dyads in her care faced feeding difficulties which was the impetus to becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor in 2014 and Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2017.
She opened the doors to Little Bean in 2020 after passionately serving the community for 10 years in various settings including home visits, outpatient private practice, WIC (Women, Infants & Children) & on telehealth platforms providing virtual consultations to families around the globe. Her commitment to continued education and training in the field of clinical lactation therapies, maternal health during postpartum recovery & infant feeding remains a critical component to providing families with the highest quality care.
Eileen is also a mother to three incredible teenagers who are her first teachers. She refuels through time alone, hot yoga, traveling and spending time with friends & family.
Jen Breuninger, B.S., IBCLC, CBS (she/her)
Jen joined the Little Bean team in 2021 as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, lactation intern and most recently earning her IBCLC credentials after having completed over 500 clinical hours and working with hundreds of families to help them meet their feeding goals.
Jen is an experienced lactation & breastfeeding provider and mama of three – two beautiful boys ( both toddlers), and a fur cat baby named Hazel. Like many others, her transition into first time parenthood was a rollercoaster filled with challenges. Through that experience, she became incredibly passionate about preparing and supporting others on their path to becoming a parent and finding their family groove with all things feeding, newborn and postpartum care. This led her to an exciting and rewarding career change in 2019.
She supports clients throughout the northeastern NJ area and specializes in home visits. Jen’s travel radius is within 30-40 mins driving of South Orange, NJ and a travel fee may apply. Life outside of lactation, you’ll find her traveling, cooking, thrifting and completing DIY home design projects.
